Andy Stern has 17 years experience as a landlord, running a property business with more than 20 lettings in the UK and in Brussels.

Andy has been a writer and publisher since 1990 and has written and edited the journal of the National Landlords Association, UK Landlord, for the last four years.

Through this extensive and varied experience, Andy has developed POD to be an invaluable resource to landlords and property owners.
