Just used the following web site to find tenant for two of my properties: http://www.landlordlet.com - has saved me loads in letting fees. All you have to do is pay a fee of £39 plus vat to advertise your property on major web sites including rightmove, primelocation etc and they email you all interest - they also provide tenant/credit check/inventories and safety check all online.
