The Property Owners Directory (POD) is designed specifically to develop links between service providers and property owners.

Recognised by the National Landlords Association, the largest landlord association in the UK, the site is an excellent place to advertise services or products of interest to property owners.

A recent NLA survey shows that its landlord members are high net-worth individuals, typically owning a business comprising, on average, approximately ten lettings, making landlords a valuable source of business for property service providers.

How does POD work?

When you sign up with us, your company is listed in our database according to the services or products you offer and the areas of the country in which you operate.

Then, whenever someone types the category to which you belong (for example, ‘letting agents’, or ‘plumbers’) and a postcode into our search engine, your company’s name will appear alongside other companies in that category.
